    I have two licenses.
    #1853275, #1472414
    I would like to cancel #1472414, but it is a subscription. Please tell me how to change to manual.

    Hi Takashi,

    I’ve checked your account and it shows you don’t have any active subscriptions.
    What you have is with ‘Manual’ renewal option.
