    Hi,

reading the support forum this seems like a very common issue, but I did not find any solution to it. I cannot set up my Synology Diskstation as remote backup destination via webdav. The credentials are set up correctly and the remote server is working fine. I have tested it with a different program and it works perfectly fine. However, using the Updraft Webdav addon I observe two strange things:

1.) Using a specific port (e.g. 5006, as set up in the remote server), I get the following error: updraft_send_command: error: error () -> this is already weird, because I have set up a connection in another program in the exact same way and it works perfectly fine

2.) Leaving the port field empty (hence using port 443), I get a very long error message, that many of the other users got: WebDAV settings test result: We were not able to place a file in that directory – please check credentials. The credentials are correct as they work absolutely fine in a different program.

When can we expect a fix for this known issue?

    Regards,
    Patrick
