Remove licence for specific website

I no longer have access to or maintain a particular website. How do I remove it from the current number of licensed websites? There does not appear to be a way to do this on https://updraftplus.com/my-account/licences/

I am currently using 8 of the 10 licences.

Hi,

Have you, by the way, de-installed the plugin from those sites before deleting? Also, how many days since the plugin was de-installed from those sites? It would actually take at least 30 days.

If you are unable to do it, can you provide us the site/s, so I can release it on our end.

Hi Bryle, no I didn’t de-install the plugin. The owner moved it to a new company to manage before they told me and my access was removed.
