I have one of my updraft plus licenses assigned to a staging site for some reason. Can that license be removed from the staging site and attached to one of my live sites?
Hi Joseph,
As standard, UpdraftPlus Premium licences are non-transferable so cannot usually be unassigned from a site. However, as the site is used as a staging site or no longer exists, I have reset the licence for you as a courtesy.
You can now re-assign your licence.
