    Hi, this moment I paid the renewal of my “Premium – the whole package” with all add ons …….
    Now I found out, that my last license expired january 23, 2018, now after my renewal my license expires December 30, 2018. So you steal me a lot of weeks and days. Why?

    Hi,

    Apologies for the confusion.

    Can you check under ‘My Licences’ menu? For you to see the exact expiration date for your licences.

    Hi,

    Same problem for me, in “My Licences”, it is the right date (2019-02-13). But everywhere else, it is the renewal date (January 24, 2019). Especially in “Downloads page”.

    It’s not a big deal but it’s misleading.
