    Hello. We renewed our UpdraftPlus license today after a 1-year break. We have tried reconnecting and reinstalling the premium plugin, but automatic updates/add-ons are not available and we still have the message “Your paid access to UpdraftPlus updates for this site has expired.” Can you please assist us with getting the renewal to register?

    Hi,

    Apologies, it appears that the site was stuck on an expired licence.

    I have removed the expired licence from your account. Please could you refresh the connection to your account in the UpdraftPlus Premium/Extensions tab?
