    Submitted a ticket since license renewal notice still displays after renewing developer license. Also wanted to know if there is a function to permanently disable that on site. Pretty obnoxious to include that for developers/enterprise license holders since the client sites the plugin is used on would not be the ones to renew it. Not cool and honestly made me rethink my renewal.

    Hi,

    I believe that you support ticket has now been responded to?

    There is not currently an option to disable the expiry notice.
    However, you can hide those notices by adding the following CSS to your site:

    .updraftupdatesnotice-updatesexpiringsoon {
    display:none!important;
    }

    Hi, I have the same problem. Renewed the license but this notice is still displaying: “Your paid access to UpdraftPlus updates for this site has expired. You will no longer receive updates to UpdraftPlus.”

    Hi @supportoweb,

    Apologies, it appears that the purchase was not recognised as a renewal.

    I have adjusted your licenses now. The expiry message should no longer display.

    Best Wishes,

    I’m seeing the same message as well:

    Your paid access to UpdraftPlus updates for this site has expired. You will no longer receive updates to UpdraftPlus. To regain access to updates (including future features and compatibility with future WordPress releases) and support, please renew.

    But I should be fully paid up. Can you please check? Thx.

    ignore… I reconnected via the WP dashboard and it updated…

    Thanks Bryle — I’m still seeing the Dashboard notice after refreshing my wordpress session. Is there something else I need to do to get it to recognize my renewal? Thx.

    Hi Janice,

    Please note that our pricing tier recently changed. Rather than the ‘Developer’ package, we now offer a 35 site license (‘Agency’) and an unlimited ‘Enterprise’ package. As such, I’m afraid that the cost of the unlimited package has risen since last year.

    If you wish to upgrade, please use the coupons that we have here – https://updraftplus.com/faqs/are-there-coupons-available-for-discounted-upgrades/

    We also have published an article about the changes in our package prices here – https://updraftplus.com/new-product-names-new-pricing-for-35-sites-new-features/

    Best Wishes,
    Bryle
