renewal seems not to be active

    Hi Folks,
    I have had altogether 8 reminders and 3 for an renewal since I have completed Order #253767 (January 8, 2018). And I still get following Message in WordPress:
    “Your paid access to UpdraftPlus updates for this site has expired. You will no longer receive updates to UpdraftPlus.”
    What has gone wrong here? I have only on site running.

    Hi Frank,

    Apologies, it appears that your latest purchase was not recognised as a renewal.
    As such, your site was stuck on the old, expired license.

    I have adjusted your license now to correctly reflect the purchase.
    Please could you refresh the connection to your account via the UpdraftPlus Premium/Extensions tab?
