    My subscription was due to expire on 1/22/2018. Because of your sale, I renewed early, but now my subscription expires 11/24/2018. I lost 2 months of my current subscription.

    ​Apologies, our licencing server did not recognise your purchase as a renewal as it is too early for you to renew your licence.

    I too have just taken advantage of the extra 10% off Black Friday renewal deal as invited to on an email. I now have 2 licenses instead of one that should run through to April 23rd 2019. The small saving is effectively nullified by the time spent having to work out how to contact you to bring this to your attention.

    Thank you. The license on my sites is now correct, but the support subscription still says it expires next November.

    I’m afraid that the displayed expiry date for the support entitlement is automatically generated.

    However, I have made a note on your account regarding this issue. Our support team also cross-checks with the license renewal date.
