    Hi together,
    i tried a lot, but still having “Your paid access to UpdraftPlus updates for this site will soon expire” Thats strange becaus i have payed the full Prize for the update, no discount. In my account i see” You have an available licence – learn how to activate it.
    Update subscription expires: 2018-01-10″ Ok when i follow your instruktion, i see nothing after reconnecting my wordpress. as far as i can read, i found this in the help:”Not seeing any UpdraftPlus Backups settings page in the Settings menu like in the screenshot below? If you’re using WordPress Multisite, then check in your Network dashboard. Not seeing any Addons tab in your UpdraftPlus Backups settings page? Then you’ve got the free version of UpdraftPlus from wordpress.org installed – go back to step 1 and de-install it!”
    That can not be, because my updraft is still making backups, means the paid version is working for the moment. The worst cast, i found nothing where to get an email adress for help. Is ther no support with email? sorry but at the moment i am not very happy with this solution, was working fine, but the update is a horror, no help, no discount.

    What is the URL of the site that you are experiencing this issue on?
    Your licences appear to be correct, however, both Premium licences are assigned.

    You can mark your reply as ‘private’ if you prefer.

    Hi Ulrike,

    It appears that your last purchase was not recognised as a renewal. As such, your site was stuck on the old, expired licence.

    I have now adjusted your licence to correctly reflect your renewal.
