Restore did not work

Using the Divi theme, restored site from backup file, but the theme did not restore correctly. The home page is jumbled.

I tried a few different times, using different methods to load the backup files and each time the restore does not restore to the state of the originating site.

Hi,

To help us work out the cause of your problem, can you please send us a copy of the migration log?

You can find this log in the wp-content/updraft directory of your new site location.

You can copy the contents into an online tool (such as https://pastebin.com/ ) and send the link here, or send the log file as an attachment through the Customer Support Form.

Hi,

Looking through the log, there does not appear to have been any error in the restoration itself.

I had a look at the site, and it appeared to match the original. Have you resolved the issue?

If not, could you specify in what way the theme was broken on the new site?

It is the Elegant Theme Divi theme:

I think the previous restore did not work and when I restored by uploading the files rather than scanning Dropbox, it must have worked but I needed to clear the cache.
