Hi, I have a fully functioning site that I have running on my local machine that I am moving from one host to another. I have opened the account with Bluehost and like their control panel etc.. but my restore has crashed each time I have tried it – 3 times so far and I have a big site. It is falling over at: –
Search and replacing table: _VJT_postmeta: rows: 282
It is a big table but I have no posts on my site and it seems to refer to page layout and image placement.
Showing rows 270 – 299 (14942 total, Query took 0.0013 seconds.) from PHPMyAdmin any thoughts please – I am now doing another fresh migrate to see if I get the same fault or not.

    Hi,

Can you please send us a copy of the migration log?
You can find this log in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of your new site location.
Please copy the contents into an online tool (such as https://pastebin.com/ ) and post the link here.

    Best Wishes,
    Bryle

Any way of short circuiting the “next resumption: 4190s” please?

Just uploaded a brand new back-up to make sure it wasn’t a duff back-up set and it falls over at the exact same place “Database queries processed: 150 in 60.97 seconds
Database queries processed: 200 in 65.51 seconds
Search and replacing table: _VJT_postmeta: rows: 282

There has been a critical error on your website.

Learn more about debugging in WordPress.”

Any more thoughts please – it is driving me mad!!

    Hi,

It appears that the migration process is timed out or killed off. This is usually due to server resources reaching its limits.

Please ask your hosts/server admin to investigate their PHP error logs. These logs should contain more information on the exact issue that is causing the process to halt.

    Regards,
    Bryle

    Hithere

I have had this from Bluehosts

    https://pastebin.com/XMJzeFjm

They are upping the PHP timeout too so I will give it another go.

    Hi,

Please can you send us full copy of the migration log?
Have you also tried asking them to increase it further?

    Regards,
    Bryle
