I have submitted two support request for help with moving http://www.adv-bld.com to mig4.searchoverheretest.com. I included a zip file with all logs and screen shots. You can see at mig4.searchoverheretest.com that the site did not restore correctly. I need help with this.
    Thanks,
    Ken

Wacky… now are waiting about an hour I went back and refreshed the site and it is beautiful! Why is there a delay from when the restoration/migration is completed to when it looks like it should?

    Thanks, Ken

    Hi Ken,

Thanks for the purchase! I can see your support requests in our website backend now that I search for them manually – but for some reason they never came through to our email accounts. I can’t figure out how that can have happened, unless there was something in the attached file that something along the way objected to – I can’t see why, though (it’s size was below the limits for incoming email).

Anyway – glad you got it fixed. No, there’s nothing it does after the migration/restoration page has finished and displayed the “complete” message. So, if something changed that you viewed after that, then I’d guess caching somewhere along the line had something to do with it.

    Best wishes,
    David
