Second UpDraft installation on one server is not working

I installed Updraft in two different WordPress installations on my server (hosteurope.de) The first UpDraft installation is running without any problems from a subfolder of the homedirectory for the webpage http://www.ixtract.de
The second one is running within another subfolder for the page https://wiki.ixtract.de but does not work. Only database backups are working properly. For files backup i get the following log excerption (after which it never ends trying to backup). It did not work with debug tool for files, too.
But i do not know where to check, as cron-jobs are running, as the first installation wouldn’t run, too
Do you know what i can do to get UpDraft work on the other installation, too?
