    Hi,

    I am having issues with SFTP to wpengine using updraftplus… i alsways get login filed issue.

    When i connect from filezilla, i am able to connnect.

    Please help.

    Hi,

    When i try to add ftp server on the site i want to restore backup… to get backup files form the main site…

    I am getting a rackspace error…

    Cloud Files authentication URL: https://auth.api.rackspacecloud.com (May 03 16:09:31)
    Rackspace Cloud Files: Cloud Files authentication failed (Invalid username or access key.)

    I have even tried free version of updraftplus which doesn’t even have rackspace support but still getting this error…

    Can you please help me with this?
