Site Down, How to Restore?

I can’t get into my wp dashboard, so as to use updraft plus pro restore feature. My backup is on dropbox. What do I do? We used to have a boot CD in the old days for our PCs. I am a senior citizen. Can someone help me get into my WP admin panel? I am willing to pay. Help. I have the error.lof file. Email: pjpt5$mail.com
