Site failing to see renewed subscription

I renwed my subscription about 10 or so days ago. I can see in my licenses area a list similar to :
Active: unlimited entitlement.
Update subscription expires: 2018-05-10.
Assigned: https://website.name.nz – Delete assignment
Update subscription expires: 2019-05-10.

When logging into my sites and checking updraft settings i am seeing messages that the subscription will soon expire and i need to renew it.

Both my list of licenses and the sites still show stuff due to expire 05 May 2018. I don’t to have to reset up updraft on all my sites, reimport settings, check settings etc. Is there an issue with the licensing server or my subscription?

Hi Shane,

Apologies, it appears that our licencing server did not recognise your purchase as a renewal.
I have adjusted your licences, so the renewal message should now disappear.

Please note also that we no longer offer an unlimited license with the Developer package. UpdraftPlus Premium Developer licence now has 35 licences and for unlimited licence we have added the Enterprise package.
