So I’m trying to deploy a site from one server to another. I’ve had no issues with UD on the staging server. Made a full backup etc.
I tried to use the migrator function, which seemed to fail I’m guessing for communication issues between the server.
I then downloaded the backup files and uploaded them to the prod server using the Web interface. That didn’t seem to work well, UD didn’t seem to recognize the backup set.
So I cleared the UD folder via FTP and FTP’d the backup files to the local store directory. Rescanned and UD found the set. Clicked Restore, all files and chose the migrate option. The error I got is below.
Any ideas on next steps?
Error received:

Ran a debug full backup and got a screen full of “Warning: php_uname() has been disabled for security reasons in D:\ftp\bakerbros\Htdocs\WP\wp-admin\includes\class-pclzip.php on line 5676” thousands of times before I went back to the settings screen and deleted the schedule. Oddly, the backup set created. Trying to restore from that backup failed with a similar error to the above.

Could you send us a copy of the backup and migration logs, as well as a copy of the backup files that you used?
This is best done through the Customer Support Form.
Best Wishes,
