Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page, how do I restore backup?

I deleted LMS plug-in following their instructions which included adding a code to wp-config and then deleting it after.

I tested the site and it was OK

Then I ran a sweep of the database to clean things up even more.

Site still OK — on the front end. I never tested the backend!

Not sure where it went wrong, but the question is, how do I restore if I cannot get into the backend of my site. I have current backups.
