    I purchased the premium package. I cannot find the “all add-ons” box which instruction #4 tells me is there.

    I’m okay with tech, but not super savvy, so please be gentle with your answer… :-)

    Hi Pam,

    What do you see in the Premium/Extensions tab?
    Could you also send us the version number of the currently installed UpdraftPlus plugin?
