    I have the same issue with my licens. And I am also getting an error message when trying to claim a new site.

    Hi Leif,

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

    From our records, it appears that your renewal was for the 35 site Agency package, rather than the Enterprise package.
    May I ask what path you used to renew (e.g. renewal link from email, the ‘Buy Again/Renew’ button, etc)?

    If you wish, please could you open a support ticket? One of our team will then be able to send you a coupon to upgrade your renewal to unlimited without paying over the renewal cost.
