    I have the same message about expired support even after refreshing, removal and reinstalling, and refreshing again. Several Times!

    Nothing seems to get this message to stop displaying.

    Clearly there is something wrong in the licensing server.

    Hi Tom,

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

    It appears that your account was outside of the renewal period when the new order was made.
    This period extends from 4 weeks before to 6 weeks after the expiry date.

    The new order was not registered as a renewal, and the site was stuck on the expired licences.

    I have adjusted your licences now and removed the expired licences. Please could you refresh the connection to your account, via the Premium/Extensions tab?
