    Hi there, I’m having the same issue. I renewed and am still getting renewal requests on many of my sites.

    Hi Kevin,

    From our records, it appears that you renewed at a smaller package than your original purchase.
    Your most recent purchase was for the 2 site package, while your original order was for the 10 site package.

    As such, only 2 licenses were renewed.

    If you only need two licenses, please let us know which sites you wish to keep connected, and we can adjust your licenses.

    I you do require 10 licenses, please could you open a support ticket here, and we can refund the 2 site purchase:
