Strange Error Messages when Backing Up

Hi. I’m having trouble getting backups to work. I’m getting the following message:

Wed, September 14, 2016 14:13
Updraft Vault Error: Failed to access bucket updraftvault-user-32644. Check your permissions and credentials.
Download log file

I’m a consultant to this client and am not overly familiar with this software. Could you please point in the right direction so I can proceed? At this point, I can neither back up the website or update the plugins.

Hi,

Can you go to the ‘Settings’ tab in UpdraftPlus, and find the Remote Storage / UpdraftVault section, and then disconnect, and then re-connect, and then start a new backup and see what happens?
