Subscription nags despite paid up/subscribed

    My UpDraftPlus subscription renews on September 1st with PayPal but although set up, I am getting constant annoying nag messages on all websites to renew.

    Can you please review and confirm all Ok, and stop these messages. Does not look good to those clients who go into Admin area.

    “Subscription #429128 was started on September 2, 2019 12:01 pm and is currently active.”

    Hi,

    I’m afraid this is a bug for our UpdraftPlus subscription license. We are still working on a fix for this but this should only happen on your first year. If you want, we can trigger the renewal early so it removes the message on your websites. Please let me know if you want to do that.

    Hi Bryle,

    Thanks for feedback. If known bug I am confident the renewal will go through Ok.

    Just leave as is and I will live with it a while longer. Very happy with UpdraftPlus.
