I tried to send you a Support question via the Support form, but my IP address was blocked. After that I unblocked the ip address using your tool. But the IP address is still blocked. What can I do?
We have a very urgent question: Backup files are not saved using ftp – only the log file. Testing is working well, also the log file doesn’t show any mistakes.
