We are trying to switch the updraft accounts on our wordpress website. We changed the account emails and we relogged in but ever since our plugin has not been able to backup the site. How should we switch accounts? Should we delete the plugin and reinstall it? Please advice.
The updating functionality of UD is not linked to anything else (and in particular, not linked to the ability to run backups). The only exception to that is UpdraftVault which is on your UD account, of course. Are you using Vault? If not, then the problem is something else; please can you explain the symptoms and link the log file from a problematic backup?
