trouble installing update to premium version

Hi there! I just purchased the premium version, and I was able to follow steps 1-4 of the installation instructions (had to manually unzip and add to my plugins folder, then activated it). But when I attempt to follow the link to install the new plugins, I get this error:

Hi,

It appears to be a file permission issue, meaning UpdraftPlus or WordPress does not have the correct read or write permission to a certain folder or file.

I’m having the same trouble. is there a way to manually download the file and install? i can’t seem to get the permissions working right.

Please could you also double check the amount of available disk space on your hosting account?

I’m afraid that we don’t have a full copy of the plugin available for download as a standard. However, if the issue is not a lack of room or file permissions, please let me know and we can send you a copy.
