trying to install plugin, getting ‘Page Not Found Error’

Hi,
We purchased premium Updraft and have it successfully installed on one site already, which has been going great (jazzgallery.org)
I am trying to add the plugin to a different site in our organization, and when I click to upload the zip file, it loads and takes me to a 404 Page Not Found.
Actual wording:
404: Page Not Found
