    Hello,

    I am unable to add add-ons in the plugin. Every time I try to “Connect” it states the information is wrong although it is the exact information I use to login to the UpdraftPlus.com site without any issues.

    Any help anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.

    Please can you tell me your updraftplus.com credentials, in a private reply, so that I can check it out and see what’s going wrong?
