I purchased space for the UpdraftPlus Vault after FTP and Google Drive wouldn’t work. Now when I try to connect it just says “Connecting” yet never seems to connect.
Hi Keith,
It sounds like the webserver that you have UpdraftPlus installed on is firewalling outgoing connections. You should speak to whoever runs the webserver, and ask them to permit outgoing connections on port 443 (https) to the IP addresses 104.25.144.21 and 104.25.145.21.
