    Trying to access our clone files using the SFTP credentials provided. Using Filezilla to access but only get this error message:
    Error: FATAL ERROR: No supported authentication methods available (server sent: publickey)
    Error: Could not connect to server

    Please advise.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your message. In order for this to work you would need to assign a premium licence to the clone as this is a premium feature.

    Hello,

    Please go to the Premium / Extensions tab of UpdraftPlus on your clone and login. Once logged in click this link to activate premium features. Please then retry the S/FTP remote storage location.

    Still receiving same connection error after activating Premium features based on the instructions above.

    I have refreshed the connection, but it still will not connect.

    Still same error. Cannot connect. I am trying with Filezilla. Anything else I can send to try and troubleshoot? Can you try on your end so you can replicate it?
