Unable to update

I opened a ticket for this but didn’t get a response…
I am suddenly unable to update Updraft Plus on any of my websites – the arrows next to the “Updating” message just keep spinning. Also, with Updraft active, I am unable to update ANY plugin – it has the same issue. If I deactivate it then updating the other plugins works fine.

When trying to update any plugin, I’m not getting the popup prompting me to back up before updating, so I’m wondering if that has something to do with the updates being blocked…
