Hello,
If we retrieve the backup of wordpress site using UpdraftPlus and restore it, the restore does not finish.
It seems that “uploads.zip” file (approximately 400 MB) unpacking processing is stopped.Initially, when looking at the error message of the web server, since it appeared that the value of max_allowed_packet was insufficient, I increase it.
(Because the database is MySQL on the AWS RDS, we did not retain the SUPER privilege and changed the DB parameter group)
Even if you increase the value of max_allowed_packet, it seems that it stopped by Unpack process as same.
There is nothing in the error log.Could you please tell me what should I check or change.
Best Regards,

To help us work out the cause of your problem, can you please send us a copy of the restoration log?
You can find this log in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of your site via FTP.
The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.Best Wishes,

ToshiOctober 4, 2018 at 11:28 am #309498Dee NutbourneModeratorHi Toshi,
It appears that the restoration is being killed off or timed out at the server level.
Please could you check the PHP error logs for the site? These logs should have a record of the error generated when the restoration attempts to unpack the Uploads file.
Best Wishes,
