    Hi, I updated during Black Friday after accidentally letting my software run out of date earlier this year. Since paying I am unable to get the plugin to update, nor does it do what it did before paying… I did have external databases backing up but these have stopped since the last few days. I did also send a support form and after two days I have not heard anything. Please let me know what I need to do next?

    PS I have followed all of your guides and clicked the links etc to no avail.

    Hi Michael,

    Apologies, it appears that the sites were stuck on the expired licences.

    I have adjusted your licences now. The expiry message should disappear from your sites.
