Updated License doesn't register

    Hi there,

    I’ve updated my license but can’t seem to get the plugin on my website to register that the license has been updated. I’ve deleted the old plugin and settings (inconvenient) and tried a complete restore of the latest plugin, but this hasn’t remedied the situation.

    Do you have advice about what I may do next?

    Hi Chris,

    Apologies, it appears that the site was stuck on an expired licence.

    I have adjusted your licences now. Please could you try reconnecting your plugin to your account?
