    I have a paid subscription for Premium UpdraftPlus until November 2021 (9 months from now), yet my subscriptions in my account say all my 10 licenses expired 2 days ago and I can’t get updates. I have no idea why this has happened but I definitely want to get it resolved. Please help.

    I should also add that I tried reconnecting my account to a website that was previously connected, but it didn’t change anything. I’m still getting the warning message “Your paid access to UpdraftPlus updates for this site has expired. You will no longer receive updates to UpdraftPlus.”

    Hi,

    Apologies,

    It appears that old/expired licences are stuck on your account.
    I have adjusted your licences, so the renewal message should now disappear. If this does not happen automatically, you can refresh your connection through the ‘Premium/Extensions’ tab.

    Thanks very much, Bryle. How did that happen? I’ve had those sites in my licensed sites for years. Was this a weird glitch or did something in the license procedures change recently?

    Hi,

    This happened when you’ve switch from a ‘Manual’ to an ‘Automatic’ renewal option.
    However, your account already shows everything is updated.

    Thanks, although it’s very weird as I almost never have automatic payments turned on with any subscriptions I have. Did UpdraftPlus change their requirement to have everyone on automatic renew perhaps?

    Hi Wendy,

    You may have accidentally switched to subscription type license on your last renewal. This will also resolve the license getting stuck issue since you don’t have to manually renew your license yearly.
