Updating to Gutenberg Trouble

Dear Updraft,

I have two accounts with you: buttpillow.com and buttpillow-inc.com. I started building the Gutenberg version of buttpillow.com on buttpillow-inc.com but then moved it to buttpillow.com while I make sure I have everything transferred. For some reason Updraft is backing up old.buttpillow.com instead of buttpillow.com or buttpillow-inc.com which is already moved.

Can you tell me what to do to make sure the backups are of buttpillow.com instead of old.buttpillow.com?

Hi,

From our records, buttpillow.com and old.buttpillow.com are separate sites, correct?

If so, you will need to access old.buttpillow.com’s WP-Admin, and disable UpdraftPlus (or set the schedule to manual).

Then, ensure that the schedule for backups is set up on the new site.

If you still find that the old site is being backed up instead of the new site, please could you send us a copy of the latest backup log?
