Updraft Plus Premium Confusion

    Hi
    Earlier this evening, I purchased Updraft Premium Enterprise. Upon completing the purchase, I found I had an old subscription associated with my email. I believe I then canceled the old subscription. Yet, I am worried I canceled the whole thing, as I cannot find anywhere to set up automatic backup prior to updates (a premium feature).
    Can you please help/

    Hi Shaun,

    I checked your account and can only see 1 subscription? Though it is cancelled but you can still continue using the premium version 1 year from time of purchase.

    Hi,

    1. I’m afraid it is not possible. You can still renew your license for next year but you will have to do it manually. You just need to login to your UpdraftPlus.com account and purchase the plugin again.
