I ran the plugin “PHP Compatibility Checker” by WPEngine (not hosted there, just using the plugin as a tool). My host is SiteGround.

Hi,

That tools confuses a lot of people who don’t realise how it works; it tells you what code *exists*, not what code *is run on a particular PHP version*. Since the plugin is designed to run on (i.e. compatible with) all versions mentioned on the plugin page (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftcentral/ – “5.3 or higher”), it carries code that may or may not be run on different versions.
