UpdraftPlus.Com returned a response which we could not understand (data: b:0;)

I am trying to follow the installation instructions for the Restore Add-on I purchased, but when I try to Connect with your UpdraftPlus.Com account, I get the following:

Errors occurred when trying to connect to UpdraftPlus.Com:

UpdraftPlus.Com returned a response which we could not understand (data: b:0;)

Not sure what’s going on but would love some help

Hi Dean,

Does that happen every time? Looking at your account, it looks like you did manage to connect – was that from a different server, or is the problem solved now?

I was really chuffed to see your email address. I first used the your company’s product, version 5.2, 17 years ago, and have been using them ever since!
