UpdraftPlus does not recognize a license renewal

Hello

I am using UpdraftPlus with two purchased plugins: The site migration plugin and the OneDrive integration plugin.

Recently, when entering my WordPress site I saw a banner saying that one of my purchased plugins is about to expire. So I logged into my account, found the plugin that I purchased earlier, assuming this is the one that’s about to expire, and renewed it’s license.

After doing so, I expected the banner to disappear from my site, but its been two days and it’s still there. Why doesn’t UpdraftPlus “know” I renewed my license ? How can I make the banner go (not just hiding it, making it go away because I renewed my license) ?

Hi Guy,

Apologies, it appears that our licensing server did not recognise the purchase as a renewal.
I have adjusted your licenses to correctly reflect the renewal.

Please could you refresh the connection to your account through the Premium/Extensions tab?
