updraftplus premium ftp backup failed

Hi there,
I’ve tried the free version of UpdraftPlus for the backup, then purchase the premium version. I’ve uninstall the free version before I install the premium version. Then setup FTP site. Testing FTP connection on UpdraftPlus setting is working fine. But when I did a backup, it went well, but there is no any backup files on FTP site. Why?
Please help!

Hi,

Please link a log file of the failed backup attempt – and also double-check that your FTP program that you’re using doesn’t cache directory listings.

On existing tab I can see only DB backup is available. NO OTHERS BACKUP FILES (SUCH SA PLUGINS, THEMES, OTHERS, UPLOADS)

According to the log, you only selected the database to be backed up:

0000.109 (0) No backup of uploads: excluded by user’s options
0000.109 (0) No backup of wpcore: excluded by user’s options
0000.109 (0) No backup of others: excluded by user’s options
0000.109 (0) No backup of more: excluded by user’s options
