UpdraftPlus Renewal error

    I renewed my license back in July but I am still seeing an error on my site that starts with “Your paid access to UpdraftPlus updates for this site has expired.” How can I clear this error. I don’t see any way to do this from My Account.

    Hi Tim,

    Apologies, it appears that the purchase had not been recognised as a renewal, and your site was stuck on an expired licence.

    I have updated your licences to correctly reflect your renewal. The expiry message should now disappear.

    I’m having the same issue on all of my sites. Could you verify my account too please?
