UpdraftVault filling up

Hi,
I have 16GB of UpdraftVault used by 6 websites.
This week it filled up.
I found several backups were keeping a lot more generations than requested so I deleted them and went down to 3.5GB used (from 15.5GB).

I noticed that 3 of the websites have both http://www.domain.com and domain.com directories in UpdraftVault.
It looks like this might be where the confusion occurs.
The plugin seems to randomly put the backups across the 2 directories.

What would cause this?

Hi,

Please could you send us a copy of the backup log for those 3 websites? This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.
