Within the last couple of weeks I received an email saying my UpdraftVault was out of space. I purchased another 5GB subscription and then realized I could have gotten a bigger plan for a more efficient price. I sent an email asking how that could be resolved and never got a reply.
It wasn’t a big deal so I decided to cancel the two 5GB subscription plans so that next year, when they renewed, I could instead purchase a larger plan. But instead it looks like even though I’ve already paid for a year I lost all of that space?
How can this be resolved? Cancelling a recurring payment shouldn’t have lost me the 11 months I had left on those two plans. Email address for the account is [email protected]
