    Thank you! I have adjusted your licences now. The renewal message should now disappear if you refresh the page.

    Hi Michele,

    I have reset the licences now.

    Please can you reconnect the sites that you have to our licence server?
    This is done by entering your username and password to the “Premium/Extensions” tab. After connecting, you can now activate the add-ons and will be prompted to update the plugin to complete the install process.

    Yes, it worked on one of my sites. For the other one, I’m getting a php error when I try to upload the plugin so now I have to investigate that. Nothing is ever simple!
