Upgraded from Plus to Premium

I recently had my account expire with several sites listed on it. I just purchased Premium and how when I try to uninstall plus and install premium on my sites, It keeps telling me that I need to Upgrade to premium. I can’t activate any of the plugins when I log in using my account information. I even wiped all of the settings to try and start over.

The first site I’d like to migrate over is http://www.triviatour.com

What am I doing wrong?

Hi,

Apologies, it appears that our licencing server did not recognise your purchase as a renewal.
As such, your sites were stuck on the old, expired licences.

I have now adjusted your licences to correctly reflect your purchase. You should now be able to activate your add-ons.

Thanks for your help.

I do have one small issue, however. There are several sites on there that I no longer wanted to renew for the year. I thought I would have the choice which ones to renew. Now I have no more site licenses to renew for two more sites that I need the backup for.

The sites I don’t want covered anymore are:

PrettyLoaded.org
WarfordOthodontics.com
LolosBlog.com
FarwestRotary.org

Is there any way possible for you to free those up for me?

Hi Scott,

I have reset those licences for you now.
Please ensure that UpdraftPlus Premium is removed from those sites, if possible.
