    Dear supporters,

    We are using Nextcloud 30.0.3 and UpdraftPlus 2.24.11.26 on WordPress 6.7.1.

    Since the middle of September 2024 the plugin deleted outdated backups only, but didn’t create new backups. If I test the configuration I receive the following message: “WebDav settings test result: Failed: We were not able to place a file in that directory – please check your credentials.” The URL and the credentials are working, e. g. with Windows Explorer.

    Do you’ve got any suggestions?

    Would we be able to have your WebDav credentials to test with?

    Are you sure the user name and password is correct, I tried to sign into nextcloud with them and got this “The username and/or password you specified are not correct”
