I have Updraft Plus installed on a client’s site. I had previously installed the free version, and set it to send the backup files to my Gmail account. Occasionally I had problems receiving the files (last year, I think) but it seemed okay lately.
I reinstalled my Business Premium version to this client’s site just a couple of weeks or so ago, and since then have not been able to get the backup files emailed to my Gmail. I get a text file of the log file, and it reports that everything was backed up correctly.
I’ve tried 3 times now and can’t get the backup files themselves. I tried deleting some of the other backups (after downloading them) thinking it might be a space issue, but no change. I don’t have FTP access to the site right now, so email has been the easiest way to do this.
Can someone please help me figure out what the problems is?
